Messages are sent by individual consultants to their own customers who have provided contact information and consented to communications. Think Pink Connections provides the technology platform — the consultant is the sender.

Keyword detection is case-insensitive and handled at the carrier level by Twilio. Opt-outs are permanent until the recipient actively re-subscribes with START.
Message frequency varies by individual consultant and their relationship with their customers. Most consultants send between 2–8 messages per month, typically for product launches, seasonal promotions, birthday greetings, and follow-up communications.
You will never receive unsolicited messages or messages from consultants you haven't had a direct relationship with. Think Pink Connections does not send broadcast or promotional messages on behalf of the company.
